Small group training allows you to build strength alongside friends while still benefiting from personalized coaching. Groups are limited to no more than four women, creating a comfortable, encouraging experience where you can support one another while I tailor workouts to each individual.

Do you have a group of friends you’d love to train with? Does one of you have a home gym, or access to a neighborhood fitness center? Small group training may be the perfect fit — offering accountability, motivation, and structure in a way that feels approachable and fun.

Groups meet twice per week for strength-focused workouts designed to build muscle, improve tone, and boost metabolic health. Programming is customized based on the group’s experience level, available equipment, and each individual’s needs.

With small group training, you’ll still receive personal attention, technique guidance, and progress tracking — just in a more affordable format than one-on-one sessions. Training with friends naturally increases accountability and consistency, making it easier to stay committed and enjoy the process.
