Virtual exercise coaching delivers personalized exercises and accountability for those who live outside of The Triangle or those whose lives are busy and need flexibility when they strength train. Programming is tailored to your goals, schedule, and equipment. It combines individualized workout plans, progressive programming, and real-time feedback through once weekly live video sessions to ensure exercises are performed safely and effectively while adapting to changing goals and fitness levels.

Virtual coaching also includes basic nutrition guidance, habit coaching, recovery strategies, and motivational support to make your goals easier to obtain. I’ll hold you to your commitments and troubleshoot plateaus before they become setbacks.
