How the classes work

These classes are everything women in perimenopause and menopause need for building lean muscle mass, growing stronger, and learning to execute functional movement patterns that will keep them living longer and more independently - without the excess cardio fluff they don’t need!

Even though you're training together, the coaching stays personal. I cue and give personal attention to each lady and adjust exercises as needed for your body and ability, and make sure no one gets lost in the group.

It's the perfect option if you want accountability, affordability, exercises that ACTUALLY benefit women and don’t spike cortisol, and the fun of working out with other women who have similar goals.
