At Inspire Fit Training, personal training is about more than physical transformation. I work with women who want to feel strong, capable, and confident — not just during workouts, but in everyday life.

My approach goes beyond sets and reps. Each program is designed to support the whole woman — body, mindset, and confidence — helping you build strength safely, move with intention, and feel more confident in your own body and in the spaces where you train.

This is not a one-size-fits-all fitness experience.

Personal Strength Training

One-on-one sessions designed around your goals, experience level, and lifestyle. I focus on proper form, progressive strength building, and helping you feel confident using equipment. Whether we’re training in your home or in the gym, each session is supportive, intentional, and designed to help you grow stronger without the overwhelm.

Form & Technique Coaching

These focused sessions are ideal if you want to feel more confident using gym equipment or improve your current workout and/or strength training routines. I break down movements step-by-step, helping you build safe, effective habits that support long-term progress and reduce the fear of looking silly or doing something “wrong.”

Small Group Training

Train alongside friends while still receiving personalized coaching. Small group sessions create a comfortable, motivating experience where you can support one another while I tailor workouts to each individual. You’ll build strength, improve technique, and stay consistent — all while sharing accountability and the feeling that you’re doing this together.
