These focused sessions are ideal if you want to feel more confident using gym equipment or improve your current workout or strength training routines. I break down movements step-by-step, helping you build safe, effective habits that support long-term progress and reduce the fear of looking silly or doing something “wrong.”

Do you already work out and feel fairly good about your routine, but believe you’d benefit from a professional set of eyes on your form or training plan to make sure you’re getting the most out of your exercises?

This type of coaching is offered on an as-needed basis. You may want support once a month, each time you change your exercise routine, or simply for an occasional check-in or burst of inspiration.

During these sessions, I observe your form as you perform exercises and help fine-tune technique so you get the most benefit from each movement. I can also recommend adjustments to your current routine, suggest exercises to add or replace, and help ensure your training is aligned with your goals — so you can make progress more efficiently and with better results.
